These terms apply when you use the Clique website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

1. About us

This site is operated by Wear Clique Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17228906). Our registered office is at 1 Hammond Avenue, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Stockport SK4 1PQ. In these terms, “Clique”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wear Clique Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you're 18+ and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email — at that point, a contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before that point (e.g. for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

4. Price and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Wear Clique Limited is not currently VAT-registered, so prices do not include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.

5. Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately, including colour, materials and lens specifications. Minor variations can occur — for example, slight differences in colour between what you see on screen and the physical product. These do not entitle you to a refund unless the product is materially different from its description.

Clique products are non-prescription. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a substitute for medical advice or prescription eyewear.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process. You have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and an extended 30-day return window with Clique.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, accounts, or systems
  • Submit malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with normal operation
  • Copy or use our content, logo, or product imagery without written permission

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, product names, photography, copy, and design — is owned by Wear Clique Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the price you paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business losses, or any loss outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, internet outages).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you placed it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
