Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how we get your Clique glasses to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is on the roadmap; if you'd like updates when it's available, sign up for the Clique mailing list.

Delivery cost

Free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend.

How long it takes

  • Processing — orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed (excluding weekends and UK public holidays)
  • Standard delivery — 2–4 working days from dispatch, via Royal Mail or a tracked courier
  • Total time from order to door — typically 3–6 working days

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact support@wearclique.co.uk with your order number.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your address needs changing after ordering, email us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

Failed or missed deliveries

If no one is in to receive the parcel, the courier will follow their standard process (leave a card, attempt redelivery, or hold at a local depot). Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to us, and we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@wearclique.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and either replace your order or refund you.
