This policy explains how Wear Clique Limited (“Clique”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or place an order. We're committed to handling your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Wear Clique Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17228906), with its registered office at 1 Hammond Avenue, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Stockport SK4 1PQ. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect:

We do not store your full payment card details. These are handled directly by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

We do not sell your data. We only share what's necessary.

How long we keep it

We keep your order information for 7 years to meet HMRC tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

  • Correct any inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it)
